To ensure prompt shipments and to maintain accurate inventory control we only accept orders in manufacturers’ package or case quantities. When ordering please remember you are ordering by case or package quantity so “1 package”, for example, equals 12 unit.

Iridium Technology does not”markup”freight charges or impose a “shipping and handling” fee for orders with the continental United States. The freight charges are based on shipping your order from Southern California our warehouses.

All returns for products that are a result of customer errors are at the discretion of Iridium Technology. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be imposed. A written, faxed or e-mailed “RMA” number (Return Merchandise Authorization) must accompany any return. Iridium Technology must be notified within one week of any discrepancy in your order. We do not accept any returns for any reason after 7 days from the date of the order.

All products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties (available on request). If you believe a product is defective and covered under the warranty, it should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Iridium Technology will advise and assist you in resolving any defective product issues that may occur. Each media manufacturer has their own criteria for determining what constitutes a defective product. Therefore, before any replacements are made or credits issue, a determination by the manufacturer in question or Iridium Technology must be made. Should the product be in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications, it will be retuned to you and no replacement or credit will be issued. UPS shipping insurance that is added to freight charges covers damages that occur during shipping. Please refuse any package where there are visible signs of damage. If you accept the shipment from UPS (or any other carrier) you must report the damage claim directly to the carrier.

Iridium Technology is not responsible for typographical errors. Iridium Technology makes no determination of the specifications or warranties of the products we sell and shall not be responsible for any damages including but not limited to any defective products and/or late, lost, misdirected or incorrect shipments. Iridium Technology reserves the right to reject any orders for any shipping in the unlikely event of price changes and/or higher freight charge. Shipment will be delayed pending approval of written acceptance or revised prices and/or freight charges.

All customers within the State of California are subject to an 8.25% Sales Tax unless you present a valid reseller’s certificate. Any claims for tax exemption status must be made before you place your order. California customers, if eligible, please contact us for a tax-exempt from. If tax-exempt status is approved, no sales tax refunds for prior orders can be made from Iridium Technology.
